I'm still running flyers around town, but the pencils are out there.  I'll bring some of each on Tuesday for those who want to help.

I have sent e-mails to most of the major mailing lists and to a number of individuals in the area who list "Yes" to receiving event announcements on Witch Vox. 

Our sponsors this year include The Wishing Realm, Hawk Woman, the Iowa Pagan Access Network, Spirit's Journey, and Blue Stone.  Gypsy Magic is also contributing some door prizes, but the mall has been slow right now, so they can't contribute financially at this time, which is yet another reason why I suggest supporting Pagan and Pagan-friendly businesses in the area. However, we did get $235 in business/group sponsorships this year, which exceeds the $220 shelter rental, but won't quite meet our food and decorating expenses.  However, I am sure that individual contributions and t-shirt sales will help.

The T-shirt order has been submitted and they will be ready on Thursday or Monday.  We got a fantastic deal on the shirts this year.  At this point, we need to sell 35 of the 53 tshirts to break even. We ordered 10 small, 12 medium, 10 large, 15 XL, 2 XXL, and 3 XXXL, but can add to that order if need be.  If you haven't checked out the t-shirt design, it's at http://samhain.crpagans.org/tshirts.html

If you ordered a shirt and want it before the event, let me know. 

If you did not order a shirt, but would like one, we do have plenty.  Let me know or drop by the Wishing Realm which has an extra shirt in sizes small, medium, and large, as well as last year's shirts in a small and medium (I have a few more extra shirts from last year too).  I already have to put in an order for more shirts due to some sizes being in higher demand this year than last year.
