I will get specifics soon, but I thought that I would post some info:
We took in $401 at the event for donations and t-shirts We have a few people who still plan to donate, but had to wait until payday We had 5 business sponsorships, ranging from $25-70 each
We spent $200 on the shelter (plus a $50 deposit which we should get back) We spent $385 on t-shirts (but still have a number of shirts left) We spent $80 on food, plates, plates, etc. Plus a few other minor expenses.
All in all, I think that we came out ahead.
I have the lodge reserved for next year, Saturday October 31st. Next year, it will cost $210 (rental price went up slightly).
